Roethlisberger Could Play This Weekend

It looks like the Pittsburgh Steelers are going to throw Ben Roethlisberger out on the field this weekend versus the Oakland Raiders. The Steelers are 2-5 this season and have won only 1 game with "Big Ben" at the healm.

"He had an MRI done on his brain and neck. Both of those came back normal," Cowher said. "We also did the impact test, the concussion test. We're very encouraged by the results. "He took the test and will take the test again later in the week to make sure he is cleared medically before we would subject him to playing."

Great, can Ben go through any more torture this season, a motorcycle accident which nearly killed him, an appendectomy, a concussion last week, mediocrity minus the past two weeks. Next thing you know they will be wheeling him on the field in a chair to throw passes to Ward and company.
