Don't Mess With Tom Brady

Backup quarterback Matt Cassel acknowledged his role in the series of escalating pranks detailed by starter Tom Brady after Sunday’s game that Belichick jokingly feared were going “nuclear.”

Brady removed all the tires on Cassel’s car and Cassel responded by stuffing Brady’s car with packing peanuts.

“I have no comment when it comes to that,” Cassel said. “He got me, and I’m just trying to mellow the situation.”

Suspected co-conspirator Matt Light disavowed all knowledge of the peanuts, despite being named by Brady.

“I had nothing to do with that,” the smirking left tackle said. “I don’t know anything about it.”
