Two teams will be looking for revenge this weekend. Ohio State and Notre Dame.

The #1 Buckeyes fell to Penn State last season and will be looking for some revenge this week at The Horseshoe.

Notre Dame will be looking for paybacks against Michigan State and the famous flag planting incident after the Spartans 44-41 overtime victory in South Bend. Not only that but the Irish will have to prove to the polls that they can bounce back from last weeks hammering by Michigan.

Weis vowed revenge, if not publicly, privately. Smith insists that Weis said the Irish "will never lose to Michigan State again on my watch" during an alumni function. Weis said he doesn't talk to anyone other than his family during the offseason, yet he never denied making the statement.

"I had heard that, yes," Smith said. "I think we all heard that, didn't we?"

Asked if he had heard that Weis would be using Michigan State's flag planting act as motivation, a sardonic Smith replied, "Good for him."
